Huarghhhh~ Penat dah dok buat PSM (projek sarjana muda) nih.
Lama rasanya tak update blog, bukan tak nak tapi serious masa sangat tak mengizinkan!!!

Walaupun begitu, aku rasa aku ni masih lagi rajin jugak lah kan nak masak *sebab aku rasa dah lama gila aku tak masak. Malas.
Anyway, harini aku terasa macam nak masak, so aku buat ayam pandan. Sedap jugak ayam pandan ni dan nak buat dia pun tak susah.

Bahan-bahan:

1. Ayam
2. 1 labu Bawang Besar*
3. 3 ulas Bawang Putih*
4. 2 batang Serai*
5. 1/2 inci Halia*
6. Beberapa keping Daun Pandan* (untuk dibalut serta di blend)
7. 1 sudu kecil Jintan Manis*
8. 1 sudu besar Kicap Pekat
9. 1 sudu besar Sos Tiram
10. Garam, Gula Kunyit

Cara-cara membuatnya:

1. Ayam di bersihkan dahulu. Blendkan bahan-bahan yang bertanda '*'. Daun pandan blend lah dalam 6 helai gitu, supaya ada rasa.
2. Selesai blend, masukkan kicap, sos tiram, gula, garam serta kunyit ke dalam bahan yang di blend dan gaulkan. Masukkan ayam dan gaul lagi. Perapkan selama 2-3 jam.
3. Buat poket untuk masukkan ayam menggunakan daun pandan.
4. Selesai membungkus, boleh goreng ayam sampai warna keemasa.
5. Siap boleh hidang :)

Setiap manusia tidak akan terlepas daripada melakukan kesilapan.  Pasti ada sahaja kesilapan serta kesalahan yang dilakukan dalam kehidupan seharian, tak kira lah samada kecil atau besar.  Hal ini kerana, sesungguhnya kita semua adalah manusia yang tidak sempurna, lantas berlakunya persefaham serta kesilapan sesama kita.  Maka, perkataan MAAF itu juga acapkali kita dengarkan serta ungakapkan menandakan kekesalan kita di atas yang berlaku.

Memaafkan serta meminta maaf akan mudah sekiranya kesilapan yang dilakukan tidaklah sebesar mana.  Manakala, jika kesalahan itu besar dan berat, agak sukar untuk kita melupakan hal tersebut serta memaafkan sepenuhnya kesalahan itu.

Walaupun kemaafan itu sudak pasti tidak mudah, mahukan kita menyimpan perasaan amarah dan dendam itu dalam diri kita hingga ia menguasai jiwa kita juga menutup pintu hati kita?

Perasaan amarah yang disimpan dan dipendam sudah tentunya bukanlah sesuatu yang menyenangkan.  Dendam itu pula bukanlah jalan yang terbaik untuk menyelesaikan masalah juga memuaskan hati.

Kelebihan orang yang suka memaafkan:

• Dapat menyucikan hati
• Dapat menenangkan fikiran
• Dapat menyembuhkan penyakit
• Dapat wajah yang menawan serta ceria
• Doanya akan dimakbulkan Tuhan
• Dapat mengurangkan ketegangan fikiran

Oleh itu maafkanlah sekiranya engkau pernah disakiti ataupun masih disakiti, agar ketengangan itu milik kamu.

Pohonlah maaf sekiranya engkau pernah menyakiti ataupun masih menyakiti, agar tiada yang berdendam dengan kamu.

♥ .. Ketupat Daun Palas .. ♥

Apa itu ketupat daun palas? Haa.. ketupat daun palas adalah ketupat pulut yang menggunakan daun palas sebagai pembungkusnya. Selalunya ketupat daun palas ni femes kat area-area utara ni, kami panggil ketupat ja *sebab kalau ketupat nasi tu panggil nasi impit. Nak dijadikan cerita, budak kelas aku ni ramai yang di antaranya tinggal kot area KL dan ke bawah, so mereka tersangatlah teringin nak makan ketupat daun palas ni. Aku pun alang-alang dah balik kampung untuk gap 3 hari sempena Deepavali dan Awal Muharram, order lah kat Umie aku dengan alasan budak-budak kelas aku teringin nak makan ketupat daun palas sebab aku memang kureng sikit dengan ketupat ni. Huihuihui~

Bahan-bahan:

1. 1 kilo Beras Pulut
2. 1 kilo Santan Pekat
3. 3 sudu Garam
4. 2 sudu Gula
5. Daun Pandan

Cara-cara membuatnya:

1. Beras pulut dibersihkan dan direndam dahulu untuk lebih kurang 3jam dan keatas.
2. Masukkan gula dan garam ke dalam santan.
3. Sejat air beras pulut dan masukkan santan.
4. Masukkan daun pandan dan masakkan ketupat atas api kecil sambil kacau agar tak jadi kerak nanti.
5. Bila dah nampak kering boleh tutup api dan boleh start balut ketupat.
6. Lepas balut ketupat, ketupat perlulah di kukus untuk 30-40 minit. Kena selalu check jugak, takut terlembik ketupat tu nanti.
7. Dah masak boleh hidang :)

Umie aku kalau buat ketupat dia memang tak hidang dengan rendang. Alasan dia kalau raya tu pi rumah sapa-sapa pun semua hidang ketupat ngan rendang, so kalau kat rumah kami dia hidang dengan daging masam masam manis. Barulah rare sikit katanya

Memandangkan tahun ni aku tak dapat pulang ke rumah untuk sambut Raya Haji ngan family, memang aku dok sorang-sorang kat rumah sewa ni. *Berani pulak kan?Beranikan diri ja ni. Doa banyak-banyak, InsyaAllah tak da apa-apa. Tapi semalam Daa Damm temankan aku, kesian katanya aku sorang weehee Boleh bayang kan betapa sumbat dok rumah ni bila dapat tau ahli-ahli keluarga yang lain tengah ENJOY sakan beraya. Tapi sabarkan hati ja ni. So, harini aku dan Daa Damm decide untuk keluar berjalan cuti mata kat area Dataran Pahlawan tu. Lagipun masing-masing dah lama tak jalan kot-kot area situ sebab busy sem ni dengan PSM lah TEST lah dengan tah menda lagi tah.
